INTERACTIVE MUSICAL GALLERY
At the base of Snow King mountain
In keeping with the theme of hands-on interaction, visit an exhibit of one-of-a-kind musical instruments created by Bill Close, Artistic Director of MASS Ensemble, on display at Snow King Center from 10:00-5:00 on Friday and Saturday, June 22-23.
You will be welcome to play the instruments you discover there.

The launching of the Vista 360° Fuji Festival features two musical groups who explore the natural world of music. The Earth Harp, which has been played all over the world, will now play our beloved Snow King Mountain. It is the creation of Bill Close and MASS Ensemble, a quintessentially American group. The Ochi Brothers, from Japan, will perform their percussion music created on water, stone and wood. Combined with exhibits, workshops and a family picnic, this two-day celebration of nature is a bow of welcome and respect to begin the Jackson Hole/ Fujiyoshida Fire Festival. Everyone in Jackson Hole, young and old and in-between, is invited to personally participate in the year-long cultural exchange process of making the Fire Festival.
